The Daegu District Court Criminal Division 4 (Judge Kim Nam-gyun) announced on the 25th that A (22), who was prosecuted for violating the Military Service Act by tattooing his entire body to avoid military service, was sentenced to one year in prison with a two-year suspended sentence.

However, even if he does not serve as an active-duty soldier, he must respond to social service personnel conscription, and considering his remorse, the sentence was determined comprehensively."
