JB Financial, First Domestic Financial Group to Launch Integrated Big Data Platform
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Hyo-jin] JB Financial Group announced on the 25th that it has built the group's integrated big data platform, 'Data Hub,' which gathers affiliate data onto a single platform and incorporates AI technology, becoming the first domestic financial group to do so.
Data Hub is a big data platform that integrates financial data from group affiliates with external data such as public data, applying cloud technology based within the group isolated from external environments, enabling data analysis from an integrated perspective.
JB Financial explained that through Data Hub, affiliates can analyze customer data previously scattered across branches, call centers, internet, and mobile channels all at once, allowing analysis tasks to be performed up to 56 times faster than before.
