[Asia Economy Reporter Yuri Kim] Lotte Tour Development announced on the 23rd that it has launched an open recruitment for 200 new and experienced employees in preparation for the full operation of all rooms at Jeju Dream Tower Complex Resort.
The recruitment fields include 13 departments such as Hotel (rooms, food and beverage, culinary), Casino (table games, casino marketing, security), and Integrated Support (IT, creative, finance, sales, security, HR, facilities).
Jinhee Kim, Executive Director of Human Resources at Lotte Tour Development, said, "In anticipation of the second tower opening on the 29th, the phased recovery of daily life (With Corona), and the implementation of the travel bubble (travel safe zone) leading to an influx of overseas tourists, there is a great need for talent in various fields. We hope many young talents from Jeju who will grow into global professionals alongside Jeju Dream Tower will apply."
Jeju Dream Tower Complex Resort, which opened in December last year, plans to open the second tower (Tower 1) on the 29th, adding 850 rooms, bringing the total to 1,600 rooms, making it the largest single hotel in South Korea to operate at full capacity.
To this end, Jeju Dream Tower Complex Resort recently started premium breakfast service at the 38th-floor pojangmacha, increasing the number of restaurants offering breakfast to five. They are also preparing by upgrading menus at 14 restaurants.
