The agenda of the Youth Board covers all aspects of management, including product development, management participation, organizational culture, and work environment, with no restrictions. The Youth Board will meet once every quarter, and after freely presenting opinions and discussions to resolve agenda items, these will be reflected in management strategies or pursued as tasks by operational departments.
