Gochang-gun Partners with 6 Companies for Recruitment-Linked Promotion Support Project
[Gochang=Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Jaegil] Jeonbuk Gochang-gun has joined hands with local companies and intermediary support organizations (Local Job Center) to efficiently promote the ‘Gochang-gun Corporate Recruitment Linked Promotion Support Project.’
On the 22nd, according to the county, a ‘Business Agreement for Supporting Corporate Recruitment Linked Promotion Expenses to Resolve Labor Shortages’ was held in the county office situation room in the afternoon.
The agreement involved the county, six local companies (Chambada, Yeongyeong Electronics, Kooksoondang, E&G Food, Daekyung Steel, Saimdang Food), and the intermediary organization (Gochang-gun Local JOB Center).
The project was launched to resolve the labor shortage faced by local companies due to COVID-19, providing up to 3 million KRW per company in promotional expenses to assist recruitment activities using non-face-to-face recruitment promotion channels based on companies’ autonomous promotional plans.
In particular, it plans to support companies desperately seeking excellent talent and resolve labor shortages by exploring new directions for job linkage in Gochang-gun.
Mayor Yu Gisang said, “When companies are attracted to the general industrial complex, matching recruitment personnel is an issue that Gochang-gun, companies, and intermediary organizations must work together to solve,” adding, “We will continue efforts for personnel matching through new recruitment promotion methods.”
