"Providing Job Information in the Aviation Industry"…Online Expo Held from 22nd to 30th
The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport announced on the 21st that it will hold the '2021 Online Aviation Job Fair' from the 22nd to the 30th.
Started in 2018, this fair is now in its fourth year and will be held online this year considering the reduced hiring scale and quarantine situation due to COVID-19.
Through the fair, the Ministry plans to introduce a wide range of job opportunities and provide a platform for interaction to citizens hoping to find employment in the aviation sector.
It is composed of three categories: ▲ Aviation Industry Job Information ▲ Real-life Aviation Jobs ▲ Ontact Employment Support.
Visitors can easily access information on the definition, scope, classification system of aviation jobs, company information by industry, and certifications for aviation workers.
Various job information introduced by current employees and experience-sharing vlogs will be provided as video content covering diverse topics in the aviation industry.
In particular, a talk concert broadcast live from the National Aviation Museum on the 22nd will share vivid job experiences of current workers in the promising drone field. Additionally, a recruitment briefing session with HR personnel from both public and private sectors will be held in real time.
Lectures by invited experts on changes in the aviation industry due to COVID-19, employment outlook and preparation, various employment special lectures, video consultations, job seeker diagnostic tests, and video interview consulting will provide opportunities to strengthen job seekers' employment capabilities.
To reduce the economic burden on job seekers, interview fees will also be supported for those participating in aviation sector interviews.
The job fair is hosted and organized by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, Korea Aviation Association, Incheon International Airport Corporation, Korea Airports Corporation, and Aviation Job Support Center, with sponsorship from the Korea Transport Institute, National Aviation Museum, and Haneul Dream Foundation.
