Tourism on 'Paju DMZ Peace Road' Resumes from the 20th

[Asia Economy Reporter La Young-cheol] The general public tours of the 'Paju DMZ Peace Trail,' which were suspended due to COVID-19, will resume from the 20th.
According to Paju City on the 18th, the Paju section is a course that takes about 3 hours, starting from Imjingak, passing through Dora Observatory, the GP dismantled under the September 19 Inter-Korean Military Agreement, and returning to Imjingak.
In particular, at the dismantled guard post, visitors can see the Kaesong Industrial Complex and North Korean residential villages up close.
The city has completed the expansion of quarantine facilities and preliminary inspections, and tourists must follow quarantine rules such as temperature checks and wearing masks.
Applicants can apply through the 'Durunubi' internet homepage, and participants will be selected by random drawing.
It is open twice a day (10 a.m. and 2 p.m.) for five days a week (closed on Monday and Thursday), with 20 people per session, allowing 40 tourists per day.
