According to Catholic University on the 17th, the agreement ceremony was attended by the president of Mokpo Catholic University, the directors of Catholic University Incheon St. Mary's Hospital, and related hospital officials. Both institutions promised to foster professional nursing personnel and promote mutual development by exchanging necessary skills and knowledge through industry-academia cooperation.
These two institutions agreed to establish a mutually organic cooperation system to implement specific agreement contents such as joint research and mutual information exchange, on-site training for current students, field trips and employment cooperation, and joint research and textbook development for industry-academia cooperative curricula.

Kim Yong-woon, president of Mokpo Catholic University, said, "We are very grateful that through the agreement with the two hospitals, our students can conduct high-quality clinical nursing practice in a stable clinical training environment," and added, "We will guide the students who have completed their training to become excellent nurses by later finding employment at Bucheon St. Mary's Hospital and Incheon St. Mary's Hospital."
