View original image[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Cho Hyung-joo] Gwangju University (President Kim Hyuk-jong) announced on the 17th that the WITH club, a small group from the Department of Youth Counseling and Lifelong Education, received the Grand Prize in the Planning Team category (Minister of Gender Equality and Family Award) and the Excellence Award in the Eoullim Madang category (Chairman of the Korea Youth Activity Promotion Agency Award) at the '2021 Gwangju Metropolitan City Youth Eoullim Madang and Club Best Practices Contest.'
In this contest hosted by the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family and the Korea Youth Activity Promotion Agency, 11 students including Kang Yoon-mi (2nd year) participated with youth in club activities operated at Yongbong Youth Culture House and Hwajeong Youth Culture House, presenting various excellent cases.
Jung Min, head of the Department of Youth Counseling and Lifelong Education, said, "Through this award, students had the opportunity to grow into talents who communicate with the community and practice sharing based on their major competencies."
