Jeonnam Police Implement Special Measures for Traffic Flow and Safety Management Ahead of CSAT
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Chunsu] The Jeonnam Provincial Police Agency and the Jeonnam Autonomous Police Committee announced on the 16th that they will implement special traffic measures to support the 2022 College Scholastic Ability Test on the 18th.
In preparation for this CSAT, which will be taken by 14,481 examinees at 55 test sites across Jeonnam, the police will deploy 443 personnel including traffic officers, local police, and members of cooperative organizations, along with 144 vehicles such as patrol cars and police motorcycles, starting from 6 a.m. to manage traffic flow and safety.
Vehicles carrying examinees will be given priority passage to quickly guide them into the test sites. If it becomes difficult for examinees to arrive on time, patrol cars and police motorcycles will be used to transport them to the test locations, providing transportation convenience.
Especially during the third period (1:10 p.m. to 1:35 p.m., 25 minutes), when the English listening test begins, drivers passing near the test sites are requested to refrain from using their horns, and large trucks and other noise-generating vehicles will be rerouted to control noise.
