DL E&C to Launch 822 Units of ePyeonhansesang Geomdan Urban Centro Next Month
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Min-young] DL E&C announced on the 16th that it plans to launch sales next month for 'ePyeonhansesang Geomdan Urban Centro,' located in AA6 Block of Geomdan New Town, Seo-gu, Incheon.
The complex will consist of 13 buildings ranging from 2 basement floors to 15 above-ground floors, with a total of 822 units of 59㎡ exclusive area. It is a public sale apartment with private participation, implemented by Korea Land & Housing Corporation (LH) and constructed by a private construction company. Notably, 85% of the total supply will be sold through special supply.

Near the complex, the Incheon Subway Line 1 Incheon District Court Station (tentative name) is scheduled to open in 2024. The Incheon District Court Northern Branch and Incheon District Prosecutors' Office Northern Branch are set to open in 2025, and Incheon Balsan Elementary School and Gyeyangcheon Stream Trail are located about 300 meters from the complex.
