11 'Yeollin Orindeujip' Selected... Hampyeong-gun Accelerates Creation of Safe Childcare Environment
[Hampyeong=Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Chunsu] Hampyeong County has taken the lead in creating a ‘safe childcare’ environment that parents can trust to leave their children in.
On the 12th, Hampyeong County, Jeollanam-do announced that it had selected 11 ‘Open Daycare Centers’ to establish a safe and sound childcare environment.
‘Open Daycare Centers’ are childcare facilities that are always open to parents, allowing them to observe their children’s classes at any time, and thoroughly manage the childcare environment including hygiene and safety through a self-monitoring system.
Out of 12 daycare centers in the area, 11 were finally selected through the county’s screening process, and the childcare facilities chosen as ‘Open Daycare Centers’ are granted various incentives such as teaching materials and supplies fees and priority support for assistant teachers.
Im Seonho, president of the Hampyeong County Daycare Center Association, said, “We will do our best to provide high-quality childcare services by enhancing trust through mutual communication between parents and daycare centers.”
