According to the Seoul Metropolitan Government, the number of confirmed cases on this day is 274 more than the previous day (the 8th), which had 516 cases, and 13 more than a week ago (the 2nd), which had 777 cases. The total number of confirmed cases was 662 on the 8th and 1004 on the 2nd.
The daily number of confirmed cases in Seoul reached a record high of 1,221 on September 24, then decreased to 298 on the 18th of last month. After that, it surged again to 1,004 on the 2nd of this month, dropped to the 600s on the 8th, but has rebounded once more.
