View original image[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Cho Hyung-joo] The Fashion Design Major Graduation Exhibition of the Department of Fashion and Jewelry Design at Gwangju University (President Kim Hyuk-jong) will be held from the 15th to the 21st at the Citizen Gallery on the 3rd floor of Jeonil Building 245, Dong-gu, Gwangju.
According to Gwangju University on the 9th, under the theme "Fashion has to do with ideas, the way we live," 15 prospective graduates will showcase 45 works divided into three parts: Engraving, Coexistence, and LABELLING.
In particular, the exhibition will present various genres of works by reflecting the latest trends and seasonal concepts, crossing the boundaries between Western clothing and Hanbok through detailed designs, and applying digital video fashion shows and textile design to fashion.
Park Woo-mi, head professor of the Fashion Design Major at Gwangju University, said, "This graduation exhibition will be an opportunity to widely showcase the high-level skills of the Fashion Design Major," and added, "We ask for much applause and encouragement for the creative and practical works produced by the students."
