Ottogi Launches 'Oz Kitchen Cheolpan Albap'
[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Hye-seon] Ottogi announced on the 8th that it has launched ‘OZ Kitchen Cheolpan Albap’.
Unlike regular fried rice, ‘OZ Kitchen Cheolpan Albap’ is a product that recreates the stone pot albap, a menu traditionally enjoyed at specialty restaurants, as a convenient meal. It offers a diverse texture with the combination of flying fish roe, crispy nurungji (scorched rice), and danmuji (pickled radish). Additionally, it includes a separate packet of ‘Ottogi Bapchingu Vegetable’ seasoning to sprinkle on the rice, enhancing its completeness.
