'Sweet Home Branch 9' is a two-story building with an area of approximately 90 pyeong, located in Gamnae-dong, Saha-gu, Busan Metropolitan City (Gamcheon Culture Village).
'Lotte Confectionery Sweet Home' is a collaborative project between Lotte Confectionery and the international relief and development NGO Save the Children, and its construction is a social contribution activity funded by the proceeds from Pepero sales. The facility is designed to provide children and adolescents with safe spaces after school for rest, play, study, and counseling. Additionally, from the initial construction phase, the opinions of local residents and children were actively reflected in deciding the facility's structure and design.
The opening ceremony was attended by Min Myung-gi, CEO of Lotte Confectionery, Kim Tae-seok, Mayor of Saha-gu, Jeong Tae-young, President of Save the Children, and about 50 local children and others.
