The completion ceremony was omitted due to COVID-19, and a simple prayer ceremony was held for the protection of the lives and property of Hapcheon residents, attended by key guests including County Governor Moon Jun-hee, County Council Chairperson Bae Mong-hee, Deputy Governor Choi Yong-nam, Forest Cooperative President Lee In-sook, and Agricultural Technology Center Director Shin Jae-soon. The event included a facility tour and encouragement for forest fire suppression workers.
