KB Kookmin Bank Signs Business Agreement with Seoul Independent Film Festival

View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Park Sun-mi] KB Kookmin Bank announced on the 4th that it has signed a business agreement with the Seoul Independent Film Festival.
Marking its 47th edition this year, KB Kookmin Bank donated 50 million KRW according to the agreement, and plans to support the Seoul Independent Film Festival's emerging actor discovery project, ‘Actor Project - 60-Second Monologue Festival,’ as well as film creators through the prize money.
Meanwhile, the 50 million KRW donation was funded by KB Kookmin Bank, corresponding to 1% of the maturity interest of the ‘KB Movie Love Savings’ account, which was launched in July 2010 with a film theme. Additionally, last November, KB Kookmin Bank donated 300 million KRW to the Korean Independent Film Association, and this September, 500 million KRW to the Busan International Film Festival as contributions from the KB Movie Love Savings account.
