Woori Bank Implements 'One-Time Consultation Service' for Branch Visit Reservations
Non-face-to-face Reservation of Branch and Time Desired by Customers
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Jin-ho] Woori Bank announced on the 4th that it will implement the ‘One-Time Reservation Consultation Service,’ allowing customers to conveniently receive consultations without waiting time by reserving their desired branch and time non-face-to-face.
With the implementation of the ‘One-Time Reservation Consultation Service,’ customers can make reservations for the ▲branch ▲visit date and time ▲service they wish to receive through Woori One Banking and Internet Banking, instead of visiting the branch and waiting in line according to the order of arrival.
Branch visits can be made from the next business day after the application date up to 5 business days. Available services for reservation include deposits, funds, retirement pensions, loans, and foreign exchange.
When a customer applies for a reservation, a reservation confirmation text message (SMS) is sent to their mobile phone. Upon visiting the branch, by pressing the ‘Arrival Notification’ in the received SMS without issuing a number ticket, the branch staff is notified of the customer’s arrival, allowing immediate consultation.
The service will be implemented at 580 branches nationwide, and an event called ‘Make a One-Time Reservation and Enjoy Starbucks’ will be held, providing Starbucks mobile coffee coupons to customers who complete reservations and consultations.
