Enhancing the Original Function of Windows and Doors... Applying Various Designs and Colors
Plan to Launch Total Interior Service by Year-End at the Earliest
Strengthening Synergy Among Affiliates Including Hyundai Department Store and Hyundai L&C
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Bo-kyung] Hyundai Livart is entering the window business. The company plans to build a business portfolio through the launch of major interior sector brands and introduce a comprehensive total interior service as early as the end of this year.
Hyundai Livart announced on the 4th that it will launch a window remodeling specialized brand, 'Livart Window.' Livart Window is a window specialist brand responsible for window installation and after-sales service (A/S) for residential and commercial spaces. This is Hyundai Livart's third interior brand launch following Livart Kitchen (kitchen furniture, 2015) and Livart Bath (bathroom, 2020).
The new brand is characterized by independently developing new models jointly by Hyundai Livart and Hyundai L&C, rather than simply supplying existing window products from manufacturers. Hyundai L&C is one of Korea's top three comprehensive building materials companies, producing various architectural interior and exterior materials such as windows, interior stone, flooring, and wallpaper.
A Hyundai Livart official said, "Through about a year-long project, the two companies have completed the development of top-level windows reflecting the know-how of interior product development and customer needs accumulated in the furniture and building materials sectors."
To differentiate from existing window brands, Hyundai Livart maximized the core functions of windows such as insulation and airtightness in Livart Window products, while applying various designs and colors considering customer preferences.
Livart Window offers three lines: the premium 'L-SAFE 6,' the high-end 'L-SAFE 4+,' and the practical 'L-SAFE 4.' All Livart Window products come standard with glass thicknesses of 24 to 26 mm, with an option to select 28 mm thick high-insulation double glazing to enhance thermal performance.
Additionally, Wind Sealer and a four-layer airtight structure are standard, and all products are equipped with wind pressure stoppers that help improve wind pressure resistance. Especially for the premium L-SAFE 6, a separate dedicated premium sheet with enhanced weather resistance is used, and aluminum materials are applied to window rails to improve durability and ease of use.
Livart Window is the first in Korea to apply aluminum material color edges (10 types). Furthermore, four point color sheets applying Hyundai Livart's proprietary color manual, 'Livart Color Palette,' have been introduced. Hyundai Livart is responsible for the sales, installation, and A/S of Livart Window products, while Hyundai L&C handles window production and processing. Sales channels include Hyundai Livart's nationwide directly operated showrooms, dealerships, and the official online mall, Livart Mall.
Hyundai Livart plans to accelerate total interior business collaboration with Hyundai L&C starting with Livart Window. By actively utilizing Hyundai L&C's building materials manufacturing technology, additional B2C interior products such as flooring, wallpaper, and doors will be introduced. Hyundai Livart is considering launching a total interior package service that provides window, kitchen furniture, bathroom, and flooring installation services as early as the end of this year.

A Hyundai Livart official said, "To launch a high-quality window brand, we have formed a joint planning team with Hyundai L&C to continuously develop new technologies and conduct quality evaluations," adding, "We will strengthen synergies among group affiliates such as Hyundai Department Store and Hyundai L&C to provide customers with Korea's highest level of premium total interior services."
