Shopee Korea Hosts 'K-Food Fair' in Singapore Market... Introducing Domestic Small and Strong Products
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Bo-kyung] E-commerce platform Shopee Korea will hold a 'K-Food Fair' featuring about 50 domestic small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the Singapore market on the 4th.
This event was organized in cooperation with the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs and the Korea Agro-Fisheries & Food Trade Corporation (aT) to support the expansion of K-food exports to overseas markets.
Shopee Korea will provide participating companies with integrated logistics services from customs clearance to local delivery, and support promotional activities during the event period through campaign banner exposure on the platform's main screen and live streaming with local famous influencers.
Products from various domestic small and medium food companies will be sold, including fermented foods such as gochujang, health functional foods including red ginseng and probiotics, instant processed foods like tteokbokki and doganitang, as well as powdered green tea and yuja-cheong. Representative participating companies include the comprehensive food company 'Meogabon' and the convenient cooking tteokbokki seller 'The Bap'.
