Starbucks "Siren Order Limited to Maximum 10 Items per Single Order"
Temporary until the 31st of next month... "Measures to Minimize Customer Inconvenience"
[Asia Economy Reporter Moon Hyewon] Starbucks Coffee Korea announced on the 3rd that it will temporarily change the Siren Order system to allow a maximum of 10 items per order until the 31st of next month, during the winter e-frequency event.
This order limit operation is a measure to ensure smooth app usage and minimize customer inconvenience caused by large orders as the number of Siren Order users gradually increases.
Previously, Siren Order allowed up to 20 items per order regardless of category such as beverages, food, or MD products, but now the maximum number of items per order will be limited to 10.
Earlier, Starbucks introduced improvements such as enhancing the online reservation system, adjusting the initial gift receipt date, producing 25% more gifts compared to last winter, and limiting reservation quantities to prevent reselling, to better convey the original intention of customer appreciation in the e-frequency event.

Additionally, anticipating increased app access near the event’s end or frequent customer logins causing app instability, the server capacity was expanded. When there are many app users, the initial access screen will be split into “Siren Order Service” and “Reserve Gifts” menus to minimize inconvenience for Siren Order customers caused by gift reservations.
