Imsil-gun Launches Shared Platform 'ImsilONe'

[Imsil=Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters, Reporter Park Nosik] Imsil-gun, Jeonbuk (Governor Shim Min) announced on the 2nd that the shared platform ImsilONe, which integrates all resource information of the county including economy, community facilities, living, tourism, and agriculture, will be launched around mid-month.

The shared platform, promoted as part of the Rural New Vitality Plus Project, will register a total of 755 resources as shared resources within the region through online, telephone, and field surveys.

It includes facilities related to economic activities and community activities such as production, processing, distribution, and experience, as well as essential living facilities such as culture, education, sports, welfare, and healthcare, tourism and festivals, agricultural machinery rental, and resident support organizations.

The county plans to provide and share various projects, education, and job information through close cooperation with related organizations and groups.

Anyone can easily sign up online for the ImsilONe shared platform, and once officially launched around mid-month, it will be available for use by Imsil residents or visitors online.

The county expects it to be used as a sharing yard where demanders and providers can communicate interactively to share spaces, goods, knowledge (talents), and more.

Also, on the 28th of last month, a demonstration event was held along with the ImsilONe shared platform construction service report meeting.

The report meeting was held with attendance from promotion committee members including Kim Young-min, Deputy Governor and co-chairman of the county’s New Vitality Plus Promotion Committee, and Hwang Il-kwon, a county council member.

Previously, since February, the county has gone through processes such as regional resource surveys and collection, database construction, platform brand development, provider and demander customized online one-stop integrated management system development, resource registration, testing, and pilot operation.

At the report meeting, it was emphasized that active promotion is necessary for the success of the ‘ImsilONe’ operation.

Governor Shim Min said, “Through the establishment of the shared platform, many residents will be able to easily and conveniently use various shared resources,” and added, “As the importance of the sharing economy is emphasized, we will activate it well to revitalize the virtuous cycle economy within the region.”
