[Asia Economy Reporter Ki Ha-young] Woori Card announced on the 1st that it has launched the 'BASE KIT' card, which contains essential benefits.
The product name means returning to the basics of the card and putting customized benefits into one basket set (KIT). From the product planning stage, it was designed to allow customers to easily and conveniently enjoy point accumulation benefits by reflecting customer preference areas and recent consumption trends through big data analysis.
To focus on the basics of point cards, the Basic Kit service was installed. Without any previous month’s spending conditions, customers can accumulate 0.5% points unlimitedly on domestic merchant usage amounts.
The Lifestyle Kit offers 2% point accumulation benefits in five customer-preferred areas: ▲Shopping Kit (Coupang, Gmarket, 11st, overseas) ▲Travel Kit (public transportation, taxis including KakaoT, electric vehicles) ▲Yummy Kit (coffee, Baedal Minjok, B Mart, Coupang Eats, Market Kurly) ▲Life Kit (apartment management fees, gas and electricity bills, four major insurances) ▲Enjoy Kit (Netflix, YouTube Premium, Melon), targeting customer lifestyles and needs.
The Double Kit provides an additional point accumulation on the area with the highest usage amount among the five areas in the Lifestyle Kit. The Plus Kit service is also available. Customers who refuel at S-OIL and Hyundai Oilbank or charge LPG can accumulate 60 points per liter.
