"Autumn and Winter Travel to Jeju" Hotel Chains Compete with Themed Packages
[Asia Economy Reporter Yuri Kim] As the autumn travel season reaches its peak, the hotel industry is continuously launching autumn and winter themed packages. These range from packages that allow guests to harvest tangerines directly in Jeju's tangerine fields and create lasting memories, to packages featuring oreum trekking that offers panoramic views of the rolling "silver grass sea."
Maison Glad Jeju is offering the "Analog Jeju" package, which lets guests experience harvesting pesticide-free tangerines, available until the end of this year. By using this package, guests can pick tangerines themselves at the "Analog Tangerine Field," one of Jeju's travel attractions, and enjoy the autumn scenery of Jeju while taking photos at various photo zones set up around the area. The harvested tangerines (1㎏) can be packed and taken home, and tangerine tasting during the experience is free of charge. Additionally, the package includes one night’s stay in a guest room and breakfast at the buffet restaurant 'Samdajeong.' Meanwhile, Maison Glad Jeju’s outdoor swimming pool, 'The Patio Pool,' recently underwent renovations to its heated pool and heating facilities. The Patio Pool will be open until the 30th of next month.

The course is designed to fully enjoy the oreum by circling to the right at the oreum’s entrance and crossing the pasture area. From the summit of the oreum, guests can view the autumn-colored Jeju landscape and enjoy the "silver grass sea" once again on the way down.
"Jeju Oreum Forest Story" is a course that explores Mulbora-gil, a trail around Mulyeongari Oreum located in Sumang-ri, Seogwipo City. Guests can slowly walk along six themed forest trails such as "Blue Pasture Meadow Trail" and "Cattle Drive Trail" while listening to expert commentary. Mulyeongari Oreum has a wetland formed in its crater and is recognized for its conservation value, designated as a Ramsar wetland.
Hidden Cliff Hotel & Nature has chosen "Forest Heated Pool" as its theme. From December this year to February next year, it will offer the "Winter Garden" package, allowing guests to enjoy a winter hotel vacation in the heated pool.
