The Korea Federation of SMEs issued a statement on the 29th, saying, "The SME sector welcomes the final confirmation of the phased return to normal life implementation plan at the Central Disaster and Safety Countermeasure Headquarters meeting."
They added, "Although somewhat delayed, it is fortunate that the quarantine system is now transitioning, considering the accumulated damages to small business owners and self-employed individuals due to prolonged social distancing."
They also expressed hope that "the phased return to normal life, from easing operational restrictions on livelihood facilities to lifting limits on private gatherings, will be successfully achieved."
