This is part of the '2021 Gyeongnam Education Recovery Comprehensive Plan,' and through one-on-one customized counseling both online and offline, it plans to actively support the enhancement of self-directed learning abilities and the restoration of confidence.
The counseling covers study methods, subject-specific learning counseling, psychological and emotional support, career and college admission guidance, and the desired counseling fields and methods will be determined through a preliminary survey.
The counseling teachers consist of 91 educators, including senior secondary teachers and career and college admission counselors with extensive experience in high school subject instruction and career guidance. Counselors were selected based on students' preferences, either from within the school or from other schools.
The Office of Education distributed the 'Learning Counseling Guidelines and Casebook' developed by the Ministry of Education to the counseling teachers and conducted a real-time online training session for them on the 26th.
The training included ▲ strategies and tips for student-tailored counseling ▲ cases of study methods and career and college admission counseling ▲ various counseling approaches by type, focusing on field cases.
