Aero K explained that there are no restrictions on educational background, age, or appearance during the recruitment process, and that photo submission is prohibited in the document screening stage. They plan to conduct the first evaluation based on minimal requirements such as foreign language skills and external activities.
The self-introduction section excludes questions about the motivation for applying as a crew member and aspirations after joining, instead including questions that allow applicants to express their individuality.
