Seollem Soju is made by selecting apples from Uiseong, Gyeongbuk, extracting juice, fermenting, and undergoing single distillation, then aging the raw liquid in a yellow clay jar for six months. The moment you taste it, the subtle apple flavor and aroma emerge gently, and with an alcohol content of 16.5 degrees, it is lower than previously released products, allowing for easy enjoyment without burden.
Since 2019, GS25 has been supporting small-scale domestic breweries and conducting a traditional liquor discovery project to widely promote regional traditional liquors produced there. The cumulative sales of traditional soju ‘Kkotbit Seori’ and ‘Bambit Meoru’ have surpassed 1.8 million bottles.
To commemorate the launch of Seollem Soju, a The Pop prize event will be held throughout next month. After purchasing event products and accumulating GS& Points, collecting three stamps will enter customers into a draw to win a Roiche Hammer Soju Dispenser and Tteumsae Ramen So Cup.
