The court stated, "Considering that the defendant is a first-time offender, that she has not been forgiven by the victim, that there are no changes in circumstances warranting leniency in sentencing, and taking into account all sentencing conditions such as the defendant's age, character, environment, motive, means and results of the crime, and circumstances after the crime, the sentence is determined as ordered."
