Among them, 1 person is related to the administrative order for employment agencies, 3 are related to confirmed cases from other cities and provinces, 1 is an imported case from overseas, and 2 are under investigation due to symptoms.
The one confirmed case related to the administrative order for employment agencies is a daily worker at a manufacturing company in Gwangsan-gu, whose nationality is Timor-Leste.
Among the 3 cases related to confirmed patients from other cities and provinces, 2 were family infections or confirmed positive after overlapping movements at a restaurant in Seo-gu related to a confirmed case in Gangnam.
The remaining one was confirmed positive while in self-quarantine in Gwangju after leaving a high school dormitory in Yeongju, Gyeongbuk, where a confirmed case occurred.
The one imported case from overseas is a national of Uzbekistan, bringing the cumulative number of imported confirmed cases to 253.
Among the 2 under investigation due to symptoms, one is a nurse at a children's hospital in Gwangsan-gu who completed the second dose of the Pfizer vaccine but was identified as a breakthrough infection case. The quarantine authorities plan to conduct an on-site evaluation of the hospital and then determine the subjects for testing.
