11 Busan District Police Officers Massively Confirmed Positive... 8 Asymptomatic, Temporarily Closed
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Yong-woo] A police substation in Busan was closed after a large number of COVID-19 cases were confirmed.
Busan Police Agency announced on the 22nd that 11 police officers at the Hadan Substation of Saha Police Station tested positive for COVID-19 on the 21st.
According to the police, initially three officers from the substation showed symptoms such as fever and tested positive for COVID-19, and additional tests confirmed that eight more colleagues from the same team were also infected. The eight are reported to be asymptomatic.
With the substation temporarily closed, the local health center has begun an epidemiological investigation and is conducting COVID-19 tests on all officers at the substation.

The quarantine authorities are identifying visitors to the substation, and the duties of the closed substation will be handled directly by the police station for the time being.
