KB Kookmin Bank Launches Group Purchase Fixed Deposit... Up to 1.50% Annual Interest Rate
Contract Period 12 Months, Differential Interest Rates Offered Based on Final Sales Amount
[Asia Economy Reporter Park Sun-mi]KB Kookmin Bank announced on the 21st that it will sell the "Group Purchase Time Deposit," a time deposit product offering differentiated interest rates based on the purchase amount, until the 29th.
The "Group Purchase Time Deposit" is a 12-month time deposit product that can be subscribed to through branches and the customer center. The total subscription limit is 2 trillion KRW, and sales will end early if the limit is reached.
The subscription target is individual customers, with a minimum subscription amount of 1 million KRW. The interest rate is applied based on the final sales amount: 1.45% per annum if the amount is 1 trillion KRW or less, and 1.5% per annum if it exceeds 1 trillion KRW.
Additionally, for customers who prefer non-face-to-face subscriptions, the "KB Star Time Deposit Special Interest Rate Event," which can be subscribed to via Internet Banking, KB Star Banking, and the customer center, will be held from the 25th to November 7th.
