[Asia Economy Reporter Jang Hyowon] Daewoo Shipbuilding & Marine Engineering Construction, a subsidiary of Korea Technology, a KOSDAQ-listed company, announced on the 20th that it has successfully secured a contract worth 27 billion KRW for the Jeju Hamdeok apartment complex construction project.

View original imageThe project awarded to Daewoo Shipbuilding & Marine Engineering Construction is a new apartment complex construction worth 27 billion KRW located at 72-128 Hamdeok-ri, Jocheon-eup, Jeju City, Jeju Special Self-Governing Province.
This apartment complex consists of 15 townhouse buildings with 134 units, ranging from one basement floor to four above-ground floors, and will include residential units and auxiliary welfare facilities. The complex offers a lifestyle that combines nature-friendly living with urban conveniences.
The site for the apartment complex is in a natural green zone, providing a pleasant residential environment. Within 1 km, there are Hamdeok No.1 Children's Park, Saemmul Park, Grass Park, Hamdeok Beach, and Seoubong Trail, allowing residents to enjoy a life close to nature.
Additionally, within a 5-minute walking distance are prestigious educational institutions such as an attached kindergarten, Hamdeok Elementary School, and Hamdeok Middle School, forming a strong school district. The Jocheon-eup Library is also located within 1 km, providing abundant educational infrastructure.
