Starbucks Oat Milk Sells 200,000 Cups in One Month
[Asia Economy Reporter Moon Hyewon] Starbucks Coffee Korea announced on the 20th that beverages ordered with oat milk have surpassed 200,000 cups in one month.
The popular Starbucks beverage using oat milk as the default milk, the ‘Cold Brew Oat Latte,’ has sold approximately 1.2 million cups within six months since its launch as a year-round product in April this year, reflecting the continuous increase in consumption and interest in plant-based alternative milks.
Among the beverages that can be changed to oat milk, the most popular drink is the ‘Caffe Latte.’
Last month, Starbucks introduced oat milk, a plant-based alternative milk developed in-house, as the default option to expand customer experience with sustainable beverages and to preserve the global environment.
