The advisory committee discussed ways to strengthen the execution of ESG management that farmers and consumers can directly experience. Experts from various fields including academia, international organizations, media, and civic groups participated. The participants shared the corporation's ESG management achievements and engaged in in-depth discussions on ways to enhance the execution of ESG management to support eco-friendliness, inclusiveness, and a fair economy.
At the meeting, the advisory committee members expressed positive opinions on the corporation's ▲establishment of a dedicated ESG management organization ▲strengthening of ESG management disclosures ▲efforts to set environmental management performance targets.

Kim Chunjin, the head of the corporation's ESG management task force, emphasized, "As a public institution responsible for the nation's food supply, we will prioritize 'Carbon Neutrality (Net Zero) from Farm to Table' as our top task." He promised, "To strengthen ESG management and transparent management that meet public expectations, we will expand execution infrastructure such as launching the ESG Management Department and operating the Ethics Management Task Force."
