Please take down posts mocking, cursing, and slandering the candidate you opposed." About an hour later, he changed the term 'concession' to 'declaration of acceptance.'

In response, some of Lee's supporters accused Cho Kuk of targeting them and posted photos of burning Cho's book, Joguk-ui Sigan (Cho Kuk's Time), in protest. Among them were those who interpreted Cho's statement as a declaration of support for Democratic presidential candidate Lee Jae-myung.
One Twitter user shared a photo of Joguk-ui Sigan placed on a gas stove with the flame on, writing "Farewell," and tagged Cho Kuk's Twitter account. Another user threw Cho's book into a trash bin and shared the image.
Some directly expressed dissatisfaction with Cho Kuk's Facebook post. One netizen commented, "Thank you for revealing your true colors. You said your whole family is on trial and you won't interfere in politics? Now you're out."
Currently, Cho Kuk has hidden the post, but criticism against him continues.
