Coway, Recruitment for New Graduates in the Second Half of the Year

[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Cheol-hyun] Coway (CEOs Lee Hae-seon and Seo Jang-won) announced on the 12th that it will conduct open recruitment for new employees in the second half of 2021.
The job categories for the 2021 new employee recruitment are a total of six sectors: ▲Product & Marketing ▲R&D ▲IT ▲Business Management ▲Global ▲Management.
Eligibility requirements include those who have already graduated with a bachelor's degree or higher domestically or abroad, as well as those expected to graduate in February 2022. Anyone interested in the relevant job regardless of major can apply.
The recruitment process for new employees consists of document screening, aptitude test, and interviews (first and second rounds). Each stage will focus on evaluating job suitability and alignment with Coway's talent values.
Applications can be submitted through the recruitment website by 4 PM on the 21st. After aptitude tests and interviews from November to December, the final selected candidates will join the company in early January next year.
