IBK, Business Agreement to Support Hiring of Disabled Workers in SMEs
Signed a Business Agreement with Korea Employment Agency for the Disabled
[Asia Economy Reporter Park Sun-mi] IBK Industrial Bank announced on the 12th that it has signed a "Business Agreement to Promote the Employment of Persons with Disabilities in Small and Medium Enterprises" with the Korea Employment Agency for the Disabled.
Yoon Jong-won, President of IBK Industrial Bank, said, "I hope this agreement will contribute to expanding the employment of persons with disabilities in small and medium enterprises and providing good jobs for persons with disabilities," adding, "IBK will continue various SME job support projects to serve as a bridge between small and medium enterprises and talented individuals."
Through this agreement, IBK Industrial Bank and the Korea Employment Agency for the Disabled plan to support companies that face difficulties in hiring persons with disabilities despite their willingness to do so. Both organizations will promote cooperative projects such as connecting jobs between small and medium enterprises and job-seeking persons with disabilities, preferential loan products and financial cost support for SMEs excelling in hiring persons with disabilities, and promotional activities for support projects targeting companies that employ persons with disabilities.
