The kindness training was prepared to listen to the voices of civil petitioners, provide high-quality civil service to respond to diverse administrative demands, and realize kind administration that satisfies the residents.
This training will be conducted by Kim Mi-young, a full-time instructor at the Local Autonomy Human Resources Development Institute, covering ▲ understanding types and characteristics through LCSI (personality type) diagnosis ▲ language, emotions, and conversation patterns by type ▲ coping strategies for dissatisfied customers ▲ effective work methods through case studies ▲ telephone response methods.
