Recruiting Volunteers to Help Create a Successful Lifelong Learning Expo Until the 22nd
[Suncheon=Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Lee Hyung-kwon] Suncheon City, Jeollanam-do (Mayor Heo Seok) announced on the 8th that it will publicly recruit volunteer members until the 22nd to support the successful hosting of the 7th Korea Lifelong Learning Expo.
Volunteers will be stationed throughout the Lifelong Learning Expo venue to assist with venue guidance, maintaining order, supporting program progress, and ensuring the smooth operation of the expo.
Anyone aged 18 or older who is registered on the Volunteer Portal (1365) can apply. Applicants are expected to volunteer for 4 days, 8 hours per day, but short-term volunteering from 1 to 3 days is also possible.
The recruitment quota is about 200 people, and selected volunteers will undergo pre-training and then participate during the event period.
Those interested can download the application form from the Suncheon City or Suncheon City Culture and Health Center websites, or the Korea Lifelong Learning Expo homepage, and apply via email.

Meanwhile, the 7th Korea Lifelong Learning Expo will be held for four days from the 5th to the 8th of next month under the theme “Lifelong Learning, Finding the Future of My Life!” It will feature various programs including promotional and experience booths from 17 cities and provinces, a Human Library, a barrier-free small concert, club busking performances, and more, delivering messages of dreams and hope to the entire nation, hosted in Suncheon.
