Yanolja Cloud Launches Online Marketing Service Exclusively for Hotels
[Asia Economy Reporter Junhyung Lee] Yanolja Cloud, a subsidiary of the leisure platform Yanolja, announced on the 5th the launch of a hotel-exclusive service called the "Online Marketing Agency (OMA)".
OMA is a service that provides optimized online marketing strategies tailored to each hotel. It is based on big data accumulated over approximately 30 years by Sanha Information Technology, a hotel management solution developer acquired by Yanolja earlier this year. OMA integrates the entire process from hotel operation and revenue management?including linking with more than 50 domestic and international sales channels, product planning, and price proposals?to marketing such as customer data analysis. According to Yanolja, this service aims to improve hotel operational efficiency while achieving cost reduction and revenue increase.
Yanolja Cloud offers various solutions from Sanha Information Technology, such as room management systems and channel management systems, free of charge to hotels adopting OMA. It also provides additional services including website construction and maintenance fees, as well as mobile guidebooks. By adopting OMA alone, hotels can utilize most of the solutions needed for managing online sales.
