'Sweet Home' and 'Move to Heaven' AACA National Winners
Nominees for Best Director, Best Actress, and Best Drama Series Awards
Netflix announced on the 4th that its original series Sweet Home and Move to Heaven have been selected as 2021 AACA National Winners and have advanced to the final round for the main awards. The AACA (Asian Academy Creative Awards) is Asia's largest content awards ceremony that evaluates and honors the Asian content market. This year, the ceremony will be held in Singapore on December 2nd and 3rd. At last year's ceremony, the dramas Crash Landing on You and Beyond Evil won Best Drama Series and Best Original Screenplay, respectively.

This year, Sweet Home and Move to Heaven continue the honor. Sweet Home was nominated in five categories: Best Director (PD Lee Eung-bok), Best Actress (Lee Si-young), Best Supporting Actress (Go Min-si), Best Supporting Actor (Lee Do-hyun), and Best Visual Effects. The drama ranked number one in the 'Netflix Today’s TOP 10' in 13 countries just four days after its release. It joined the top 10 in over 70 countries and was recognized as a Korean-style creature thriller. Move to Heaven was nominated in two categories: Best Drama Series and Best Actor (Lee Je-hoon). It was praised for its warm perspective on life, death, and people, centered on the theme of a trauma cleaner.
