On the 2nd (local time), Greek local media FOS reported that Takis Floros, coach of PAOK Thessaloniki, commented on the CNN article about the controversy surrounding sisters Lee Jaeyoung and Lee Dayoung, saying, "The school violence controversy happened a long time ago." He also added, "The International Volleyball Federation (FIVB) has already approved the transfer of the two players," and "Korea might tell them to 'go to a monastery and stay there for about three months before going to Greece.'"
Earlier, on the 1st, CNN released a report detailing the process in which sisters Lee Jaeyoung and Lee Dayoung caused controversy and the cold response from the Korean public regarding their transfer to the Greek league.
