Jeonju City to Pilot Four Sessions of 'Themed Jeonju Library Tours' on August 8 and 9

"How About a Themed Jeonju Library Trip!"

[Jeonju=Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Han-ho] Jeonju City announced on the 1st that it will pilot operate the "Jeonju Library Travel with Themes" a total of four times on the 8th and 9th.

The first course, held on the morning of the 8th, is themed "Book + Rest" and consists of a course that allows you to relax with poetry in the forest at Haksan Forest Poetry Library and visit the Cheotmajung-gil Traveler’s Library, the starting point of Jeonju travel, providing healing with books.

On the same day in the afternoon, the second course, themed "Book + Culture," is designed to experience newly transformed spaces through cultural regeneration projects such as Mulgyeol Seosa and Unexpected Art Museum located in Seonosong Art Village, and Wansan Library’s Jajak Jajak Book Workshop.

The third course on the morning of the 9th is the "Book + Art" course, where you can explore Palbok Art Factory’s Ipamnamu Picture Book Library, which offers various forms of picture books, and the Cheotmajung-gil Traveler’s Library, which houses rare art books such as art books by category, out-of-print editions, and David Hockney’s Bigger Book.

The fourth course, planned for the afternoon of the 9th, is the "Book + Nature Playground" course, a library travel course that the whole family can participate in.
