On the 1st, during a procedural speech at the Education Committee's national audit, Assemblyman Kang said, "The National Assembly Education Committee, together with the Ministry of Education, is responsible for nurturing talent that will determine the nation's future for the next hundred years," adding, "Our youth refer to Assemblyman Kwak Sang-do as the ultimate example of 'dad's power' from the People Power Party. This is truly shameful for future generations."
He stated, "Around this time last year during the national audit, Assemblyman Kwak demanded the lecture evaluations of Moon Jun-yong at Konkuk University, where Jun-yong had been a part-time lecturer, insisting on verifying whether his position was due to 'dad's power' or based on the results of his teaching evaluations." Assemblyman Kang criticized, "Considering Assemblyman Kwak Sang-do's recent behavior, despite having been stricter than anyone else about 'dad's power,' this is a classic example of double standards," and pointed out, "The 5 billion won retirement bonus is more than that of the Samsung Life Insurance president and ranks fourth, slightly less than the Hyundai Steel vice chairman."

This is the demand of the people and the call of the times."
