'iPhone 13' Pre-Orders Begin... Maximum Official Subsidy Up to 240,000 KRW

With the start of pre-orders for Apple’s iPhone 13 series on the 1st, mobile carriers have also announced their official subsidies for the iPhone 13. The official subsidy will be finalized on the 8th, when the iPhone 13 is officially released.
According to the announced preliminary plans from each company, KT offers the highest official subsidy for the iPhone 13 at up to 240,000 KRW. By carrier, the subsidies are as follows: ▲SK Telecom 53,000 KRW to 138,000 KRW ▲KT 85,000 KRW to 240,000 KRW ▲LG Uplus 84,000 KRW to 229,000 KRW. Based on 5G plans priced in the 80,000 KRW range, SK Telecom offers 110,000 KRW, KT offers 147,000 KRW, and LG Uplus offers 152,000 KRW as official subsidies.
Looking at each carrier, SK Telecom’s official subsidies by plan are ▲0Teen 5G 53,000 KRW ▲Slim 65,000 KRW ▲5GX Regular 74,000 KRW ▲5GX Regular Plus 79,000 KRW ▲5GX Prime 110,000 KRW ▲5GX Platinum 138,000 KRW, which is the lowest among the three carriers.
