[Asia Economy Reporter Ji Yeon-jin] NCSoft is soaring ahead of the release of its new game.
As of 1:37 PM today, NCSoft is trading on the KOSPI market at 609,000 KRW, up 6.10% (35,000 KRW) compared to the previous trading day.
Today, NCSoft held an online showcase titled 'Lineage W 2nd Showcase: Answer' and announced that the new game 'Lineage W' will be released on November 4. The service will initially launch in 13 countries including South Korea, Taiwan, Japan, Russia, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East, with plans to expand to North America, Europe, and South America thereafter.

At the event, Lee Sung-gu, Head of NCSoft's Lineage W Group, stated, "We want to bring back the original feel of early Lineage by providing all users with the same growth and item acquisition fun regardless of payment." He also promised to significantly reduce the criticized payment model.
