Hanacard Passes Korea's First MyData Functionality Compliance Review
December 1st: MyData Service Scheduled to Launch on OneQPay App
[Asia Economy Reporter Ki Ha-young]Hana Card announced on the 27th that it has passed the 'MyData Application Functionality Compliance Review' conducted by the Financial Security Institute, becoming the first in Korea to do so ahead of the implementation of the Personal Credit Information Management Business (MyData) on December 1.
Among the more than 40 MyData operators who have obtained official licenses, Hana Card is the only one to have passed the functionality compliance review. Hana Card plans to launch the MyData service within the 'OneQ Pay' app on December 1.
Hana Card's MyData service will develop and provide customer-centric core services such as integrated asset inquiry, household ledger service, and big data analysis-based services including 'HanaTag', 'Hot Place', and 'Specialized Services for Individual Business Owners'.
The HanaTag service analyzes customers' consumption patterns and attaches hashtags familiar to the MZ generation (Millennials + Generation Z) to inform users about their spending tendencies. It offers more personalized benefits and services by linking each hashtag with Hana Financial Group's financial, cultural, and shopping content. The Hot Place service is a customized merchant recommendation service that connects customers' hashtags with Hana Card data.
In the specialized services for individual business owners, the Pick Partners service will also be provided to help small business owners struggling due to the prolonged COVID-19 pandemic by offering commercial area analysis, competitiveness diagnosis of their stores, and discount benefits for customers.
