Gwangju Seobu Police Station Arrests Intoxicated Driver in His 50s Following Suspected Drunk Driving Report

The Gwangju Western Police Station announced on the 24th that they have booked Mr. A (52) on charges of drunk driving.
Mr. A is suspected of driving while heavily intoxicated around 10:53 PM the previous day at an intersection near a high school in Chipyeong-dong.
The police, who responded to a report of suspected drunk driving, apprehended Mr. A at the scene. His blood alcohol concentration at the time was reported to be at the level warranting license cancellation.
